Start with account binding and the prologue

Account binding supports cross-platform synchronisation. Steam, email, Google and Apple are listed as binding methods; Steam or email can be used for synchronisation.

1. Bind your account before recruiting.
2. Clear the New Star Guild prologue to unlock the Monolith.

Turn Ascension runs into progress

Authorization Level gates content. Stages and Ascension runs use Vigor and provide materials, research nodes, and Disc or Potential progress that can improve a Record for higher difficulties.

1. Complete an Ascension run at the lowest difficulty you can clear.
2. Open the Monolith Research tree and bank what you unlocked.

Spend Vigor carefully and focus recruitment

Vigor limits how many runs you can attempt and has a cap. A failed Ascension run still consumes its entry cost, so choose a difficulty you can clear.

1. Prioritise Monolith and Ascension progress when spending Vigor.
2. Choose one element before recruiting Runic Discs, then focus subsequent Disc recruitment on that element.
