How to delete your account

The privacy policy gives two routes for account deletion: log in to delete your account, or contact support to request permanent deletion from the service’s systems.

1. Log in to your account to delete it.
2. To request permanent deletion from the service’s systems, contact StellaSora.cs@yo-star.com.

Personal information and shared content

You can also request deletion of your personal information. Some information may be retained when valid grounds exist under data protection laws; you will be informed if that applies.

The service cannot delete content you have shared with other people or social media sites.
